Cinnamon Buns Walnut
Beautiful winter with lots of cinnamon and walnuts, these cinnamon buns. They are easy to make and taste great.
Ingredients: 500g flour
1 pack of yeast, dry yeast 1 tablespoon sugar
250ml milk, lukewarm
1 egg 1 teaspoon salt
50 g butter, soft
For the filling:
100 g butter, soft
100 g brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon
100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
the flour into a bowl and make a small hole with a spoon, pour in yeast and mix it with some flour. Sugar, egg and salt and stir the milk slowly, then add the butter.
