cheese cake without soil

Today is the last time my VHS course and I want to bring participants a typical German cake: cheese cake or cheesecake. Here's a simple recipe without soil:

Ingredients for a 26cm spring form:

125 g butter 300 g sugar

a luggage.
vanilla 4 eggs 1
luggage. Vanilla-flavored pudding mix
a luggage. Baking powder 4 tablespoons semolina

grated rind of one lemon 1 pinch salt

1 kg fat quark
juice of 1 lemon

first Preheat oven to 180 degrees. The springform pan with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

second Melt the butter, but do not let get hot. Then the Buttter with the sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

third Separate eggs. The yolks to the butter mix mass. Then blend in the pudding, semolina, baking powder and lemon peel.

4th The egg whites to soft peaks.

5th Mix cottage cheese with lemon juice and skimmed into the batter.

6th The egg white fold into the batter.

7th Cottage cheese mixture in the pan and bake for about 1 hour. If the cake is browning after 45 already, maybe cover it with parchment paper.

Note: The cake is baking in high, but is getting cold again something together.
