Is Implantation Bleeding Heavy With Twins

Quick Spelt and buckwheat bread

me the bread fever has gripped. Soon I will also try and pretzel rolls.
The advantage of this juicy bread, not sourdough is that my needs as a starter and the bread must not even go. Super quick and easy also.

Quick Spelt and buckwheat bread
Ingredients:
400g Spelt flour
100 g buckwheat flour
2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar (I used apple vinegar)
1 / 2 cube yeast (25 g)
half liter of water dissolve
one each 3 / 4 cup flax seeds, sesame and sunflower seeds
