I have a bit of experimenting with spreads. Here I found two delicious sweet varieties.
The light is easy Mundelmus with honey and cinnamon and dark self-made nougat cream.
ingredients for the almond spread :
2 tablespoons almond paste 2 tablespoons honey
a pinch of cinnamon
possibly en teaspoon coconut flakes
all the ingredients together - done.
nougat
150 g of nut butter (Mandelmu or Haselnus)
150 g butter (room temperature)
150 g honey
2 tablespoons cocoa
until smooth all ingredients in a bowl and then in the refrigerator . Keep
