Spaghetti with Minzolivenpesto



Yesterday there was a homemade pesto made from ingredients that blazes pantry and fresh mint from the garden. The mint tastes pretty fresh in the pesto. I also have peppers mixed into the noodles, because I thought that is fresh and crisp, I would be the next Time, however, omitted.

Ingredients: 6 sprigs mint

3-4 garlic cloves

100 g pitted green olives 4 tablespoons almonds

3 tablespoons dried tomatoes

100 ml olive oil 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan

1 teaspoon salt

pepper 1 red pepper

first Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

second Meanwhile, the Mint Wash and pluck leaves from the stalks. Peel the garlic. given together with olives, almonds, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil and salt in a flash hackers and fine puree. Paresan Stir and season with pepper.

second Bell pepper cut into thin strips.

4th 3 tablespoons pesto with pasta cooking water until smooth.

5th Pasta with pesto mix and pepper strips in quantities.
