Afterglow Auto Light Switch,

Coffee Chili

When I read coffee from blogging event, I was initially unsure if I want to set a sweet recipe, and hearty. The choice fell on a coffee-chili. The chili has many flavors at once: bitter, pungent and sweet at the same time. This gabs baguette and cream fraiche top.

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 can of tomatoes
250 ml dark beer
200 ml strong coffee
1 can of tomato paste
1 teaspoon Brühpulver
1 can of kidney beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 / 2 teaspoon oregano
1 / 2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tsp cumin
salt
pepper

oil in a large Saucepan, fry onion, garlic and minced fine. Deglaze with the beer. Then add the remaining ingredients and season to taste. cook over medium heat for about half an hour. Nachgekocht
